A Checklist to Remember
- As a consumer, you have the right to go to the repair shop of your choice. Your insurance company cannot require you to go to a particular shop.
- Difference in repair estimates is common. A lower estimate may not include all necessary work. If you’re not sure why one estimate is different from another, please ask us!
- Let us help negotiate your claim with the insurance company. We have many years of experience, and are more than happy to assist in making the entire experience a smooth one.
- Never drive a car that could be unsafe because of your damages! Even if you do not carry rental on your policy, we can set you up in a rental vehicle at a discounted price!
- Your car is the second biggest investment you are likely to make. Preserve its value and safety, by having it repaired professionally.
- You can have your vehicle looked at by your insurance company at our shop. Some insurance companies may want you to visit a drive in claims center, or they can send an appraiser here to do the estimate.
- We can arrange to have your vehicle towed to our shop, and have a rental vehicle waiting for you. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us!
