"I’m not sure how we
came in contact or why I began to go to your shop- But I know
now if someone asked me where to bring my car it would be
Country Side Auto Body. It all started when I walked in the
front door and sheileen greeted me. Each and every time I’ve
come through that door I have always left laughing. As you
know, I had a tough month with both cars being in major accident
by my son. And as you also know I can sometimes (Ok) most of
the time be somewhat pushy (but in a nice way).
Troy, I do customer
service day in and day out. You have certainly raised the bar on
customer service. Not only have you gone out of your way to
make sure that I was happy, you made it easy for me to not have
to worry about what or who I would need to call to get things
accomplished. The day you rented me a care (very cool jeep)
because I had already returned my rental was by far, beyond the
call of duty.
I know that I can be
difficult at times, but my expectations are high and you have
gone beyond my expectations with customer service. Please let
your staff know that I appreciate all that you’ve done for me
and my family. I’m sure I will be back as my youngest son is
just entering his fender-bender years.
